You can search for external mailbag numbers, AS2 message IDs, and filenames to provide to the trading partner that show data was successfully sent and received to their system.
- On the “Transactions” page, enter the following search criteria:
- Type: INTERCHANGE
- Direction: OUTBOUND
- Select Start and End Date
- Select “My Qual:ID” and “Partner Qual:ID”
- Select "Search Transactions"
- Search for the file by using the elastic search filter
- Select the blue hyperlink "ECGRID Message ID" and it will bring you to the "Details" page
- In the second row under "File(s)" on the Details page, you can see the Filename, Status, and Metadata of the interchange that was received by the trading partner:
- You can use the "Mailbag No." or "AS2-Message ID" to copy/paste and provide to the trading partner to show successful receipt and data track the file on their end
- You can also download the raw data on this page on the top-right to provide to the trading partner:
