Outbound delivery confirmation
Search for external mailbag numbers, AS2 message IDs, and filenames to confirm data was successfully sent and received by your trading partner's system.
Step 1 — search transactions
Enter search criteria on the Transactions page

Navigate to the Transactions page on your ECGrid Portal.

Enter the following search criteria:
TypeINTERCHANGE
DirectionOUTBOUND
Date rangeStart & End Date
IDsMy Qual:ID + Partner Qual:ID

Select Search Transactions.

Use the elastic search filter to locate the specific file.

Select the blue hyperlink ECGrid Message ID to open the Details page:
Step 2 — review file details
Details page — Files section
Download raw dataIn the second row under File(s), you can see the filename, status, and metadata of the interchange received by the trading partner. You can also download the raw data from the top-right to share with them:

Step 3 — copy tracking IDs for the trading partner
Mailbag No. and AS2 Message ID

Locate the Mailbag No. and AS2 Message ID on the Details page. Copy and paste either to provide to the trading partner as proof of successful receipt.
Use either ID to help the trading partner track the file on their end
