HOW TO LOG INTO THE ECGRID PORTAL
All current users of ECGrid have access to the portal. If you have logged into the portal before, or into the previous legacy site, you can still use your old Username. If you have never logged in, you can talk to your ECGrid Administrator internally, who can add you as a User. If you are a new customer, you will be provided with access by the Implementations team.
If you forgot your password, you can use our “Forgot Password” feature on the login page:
After clicking on Forgot Password, you will be brought to a Password Reset Request page where you can enter your Username and request a new Password. The new password will be resent to you via email.
