Delay: 1110: Interchange **Sender or Receiver Suspended**

To route successfully on the ECGrid network, both the Sender and Receiver EDI ID must be Active. If the Sender or Receiver EDI ID is Suspended or Terminated, the file will not route successfully.

 

Recommended Action: On your ECGrid portal, navigate to the EDI ID that is suspended and click “Activate”. Once unsuspended, the file will automatically route; there is no need to resend.
