To route through the ECGrid network, the receiver qualifier and EDI ID on the ISA or UNB header must be active on the network. If the qualifier in the ISA07 and EDI ID in the ISA08 is not active on the ECGrid network, the file will not route because it is unknown on the network.
Recommended Action: Go to your ECGrid portal and add the trading partnership related to the ISA07 and ISA08. Both the qualifier and the EDI ID must match what is being sent in the ISA07 and ISA 08. If you are not an ECGrid customer, please contact your ECGrid trading partner to have them add the partnership on the ECGrid network.
