To route through the ECGrid network, the EDI envelope must be complete and valid. If the envelope is missing the IEA or UNC segment or if the segment is invalid due to an invalid character, the file will not process successfully.
Recommended Action: Review the envelope ISA/UNB and IEA/UNC segments. Look for a missing IEA/UNC segment, invalid characters, or missing delimiters. Correct and resend the file.
