Recommended Action: Right now, both the sender and receiver ID belong to an ECGrid trading partner network, not an ECGrid customer network. Routing for either the sender or the receiver ID will need to be updated to an ECGrid customer to process this interchange. Alternatively, the routing for the receiver ID will need to be updated on the sender’s end.
