Here is how you can resend login credentials to a user via your Portal:
- In the Portal, go to "Users" on the left-hand side
- Click the user's login name
- In the top-right, select "Email Info" to send their login name and Portal URL:
- To reset their password, select "Reset Password"
- An email will be sent automatically to their registered email address
