Release Notes – Q3 2023

Summary

This quarter’s focus was on improving tools used by the ECGrid Support and Operations teams to serve our customers and user community more efficiently than ever before

Items Completed

  • AS2 Certificate Renewal Automation: 3rd-party vendors using AS2 to connect to customers on the ECGrid network are now able to update AS2 certificates using an automated self-service platform. Updates can be made completely online at their convenience without the need for ECGrid staff intervention.

  • PEPPOL Integration: In response to increasing partner requests for PEPPOL, an AS4 communication was prototyped and tested, and a production SMP server was created to register PEPPOL participant IDs. Stay tuned for AS4 communication capabilities on ECGrid, coming soon.

  • ECGrid Simplify: With the acquisition of Simplify eCommerce, Loren Data has rebranded and integrated the cloud-based translation and ecommerce integration solution, ECGrid Simplify, into its suite of offerings. Simplify eCommerce customers now have access to over 90 global partners and the industry’s only API-first EDI and B2B trading network, ECGrid.

  • Multiple International Amazon EDI IDs added: To support the growing number of trading partnerships with Amazon across the globe, we have added new international EDI IDs, allowing customers to establish partnerships quickly and easily.
