ECGrid does connect to various companies through OFTP, however, each OFTP connection on ECGrid is unique, so there is no standard connectivity information. You will need the following information from your trading partner. Once you have this information, you can reach out to ECGrid Support at support@ecgrid.com who will be able to complete the connection on your behalf.
- Company Name
- Technical Contact Email/Phone
- OFTP Software provider name
- OFTP SFID
- OFTP SSID
- OFTP Password
- OFTP Protocol version, (most will be 2.0)
- OFTP Certificate
- EDI ID for testing
