Common definitions
Loren Data Authorization Letter Template - This is a letter authorizing your EDI IDs to be moved to our network. The letter must be on your company letterhead and contain your EDI IDs (not the trading partner IDs) and the agreed upon migration date. Once the letter is approved and signed by you, it will be sent to VANs and trading partners to inform them about the EDI ID move.
Trading Partner Template - This excel document lists all your trading partner IDs. This is used to plan the migration and ensure all relationships are setup properly in our system. It is very important that our template is followed to ensure a smooth migration.
